Julia Nebrija is an urban planner who is passionate about making cities livable, lovable places. She has worked with non-profits, international organizations, and government agencies with the same goal of developing sustainable solutions to urban challenges. She served as the Assistant General Manager of Operations for the Metropolitan Manila Development Agency as well as the Program Manager for the Green, Green, Green and Pasig River Ferry Programs in the Office of the Secretary of the Department of Budget and Management. Currently she is the Chief Operating Officer for the Philippine Japan Initiative for Clark. She draws inspiration from walking the city and collaborating on projects with creative communities in historic Manila.
