Mr. Succoso is a real estate executive with over 30 years of broad International experience and proven track record in portfolio management, investor relations, acquisitions, due diligence, financing, strategy execution, dispositions and operations  for  both entity level and asset level investments. Prior positions included heading up private equity Asset Management for Citi Property Investors and Apollo Global Management. In 2017, he formed Pinehurst Advisory Limited to provide asset management services to Private Equity and Institutional Investors. He currently is engaged as acting CEO for a large portfolio of foreign worker dormitories and construction advisor for investments in both an industrial platform and retirement village portfolio.
