Carlos “Charlie” S. Rufino is a renowned businessman and entrepreneur in the Philippines. He is currently the President of NEO and the Chairman of Threadborne Group. He also serves as the Director and JV Partner of Digital Edge Philippines, Inc. and is an Honorary Consul of the Republic of Ghana in the Philippines. He is a member of the Board of Trustees of De La Salle – College of Saint Benilde and is the President of Fr. Al’s Children Foundation, Inc./ Sisters of Mary School for Girlstown and Boystown, Silang, Cavite.

Mr. Rufino has been recognized for his entrepreneurial leadership skills, and he was awarded the ASIA CEO Entrepreneurial Leadership Team of the Year in 2011. He has been involved in various real estate development projects such as the Bonifacio Global City Masterplan and BGC Infrastructure, Pacific Plaza Towers, and Corinthian Gardens, among others. Currently, he is working on the Narra1, the first Data Center in the Philippines located in Laguna Technopark.Aside from his professional accomplishments, Mr. Rufino is also actively involved in socio-civic organizations. He served as the Past President of Forbes Park Association, Manila Polo Club, and the Rotary Club of Makati, among others. He holds a degree in Liberal Arts and Commerce from De La Salle University, where he also completed his primary and secondary education.
