Client portfolio includes hotel and residential projects, mixed-use, integrated resorts, island developments and rollout of business hotels in different parts of the country. Cyndy is the inaugural and current Chairperson of the Philippine Property Awards and in 2022, was among the recipients of the ARES Power Women honours at the Property Guru Asia Real Estate Summit for her influence and contributions as an industry leader. A member of ULI (Urban Land Institute) Hospitality Development Council in Asia Pacific and co-Chair of ULI Philippines’ Hospitality Committee. Cyndy also serves as board trustee of several non-profit organizations, dealing with sustainable tourism, family planning and poverty alleviation. Organizes ENVision or Environment Vision, an annual case competition for students on climate change adaptation in hospitality and tourism.
