As the President and CEO of IBPAP, the primary trade body and advocacy group of the IT-BPM sector in the Philippines, Jack is responsible for ensuring the country retains its renown as a global leader for IT-BPM services. He and his team launched the Philippine IT-BPM Industry Roadmap 2028, the sector’s blueprint for creating 1.1 million new jobs, becoming a US$59 billion industry with 2.5 million employees, and contributing 8.9% to the country’s GDP. Jack is a champion of the Filipino talent and an advocate of the IT-BPM employee, with IBPAP playing a critical role in promoting workplace flexibility and hybrid work for the sector.

He is a seasoned business leader with over 25 years of experience heading strategy for digital innovation and transformation initiatives in various industries and organizations in Southeast Asia and Canada. Jack is a firm believer in shaping corporate culture around the customer, with a proven track record in developing meaningful customer experience strategies with swift execution and sustainable results. His varied work experience includes senior leadership roles at Citicorp, Ayala Corporation, Dell, Yahoo!, and MTV Asia. Jack is a graduate of the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.
